Rebecca is Chief Executive of the 10,000 Black Interns Foundation. She was the founder of NKG, a communications and media agency working on social change projects, is a thought leader on diversity in institutional spaces, and a former world number one, becoming the first Black woman to swim for Team GB.

Nana is experienced in enabling companies to better understand and report on their impact. Through her work, Nana has championed positive social change within both the third sector and private sector. Nana works across fundraising, impact measurement and reporting, developing the impact of the organisation. 

Julie is a Diversity and Inclusion specialist, with a Masters in International Economic Law, Justice and Development. She has created and delivered programmes improving access for underrepresented candidates to careers in Law, Financial Services, Creative Industries, the Third Sector and more.

Treasure has a Master's in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering. He is also Head of Operations at Motivez, an organisation helping young people from underrepresented backgrounds solve the world’s biggest problems in STEM, is a trustee at the Hebe Foundation, and a governor at Archbishop Tenison's Academy.

Kirstie was instrumental to the launch of 10,000 Black Interns, and is passionate about access and inclusion. In addition to co-founding CLUB Mentoring and Black Women at The Bar, Kirstie was recognised by Powerful Media’s Future Leaders Magazine for her work to increase access to higher education and The Bar in 2018.

Raihan's time working for various third sector organisations has left them keenly attuned to the needs of the community. Raihan is a key member of the comms team at The 10,000 Interns Foundation, developing forward thinking marketing strategies and ensuring that our voice reflects our stakeholders. 

Ife studied Politics, International Studies and Hispanic Studies. Whilst at university, she volunteered as a Campaigns Officer and piloted a radio show discussing global feminist issues. Since then, she has worked as an environmental researcher and advocated for environmental issues with Friends of the Earth. Ife is the main point of contact for 10,000 Black Interns participating firms. 

Yejin has a MSc in Human Rights and BA in International Studies. She has worked in human rights advocacy and refugee protection in South Korea. Coming from an international background in India, Thailand, and the US, Yejin is passionate about the inclusion of underrepresented groups in the workplace and in education and is now the main point of contact for companies on the 10,000 Able programme.

Kyla is an experienced EA with a background in business management. Not only has Kyla run her own business in the Philippines, she has also worked for clients in America and Europe, providing a unique perspective on business and culture. Kyla is a self starter and an integral member of the 10,000 Interns Foundation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Sami graduated with a BSc in Management from Warwick Business School before joining Mazars as an Audit Associate. He recognised the need for greater representation of the disabled community in the workplace, and began working with our Trustees to create 10,000 Able Interns. Sami continues to be involved in its development in an advisory capacity alongside his role at Mazars.
