"As a person with a physical disability, I realise the power of a programme like this to provide access to career opportunities that would otherwise not be available. The firms participating in the [10,000 Able Interns] programme will make an enormous difference to the lives of disabled students and will benefit hugely from realising their potential. Not only will firms have a wider pool of talent to draw upon, but such experiences will only strengthen their capacity to embrace disability in the workplace.”
SAMI DAR, 10,000 ABLE INTERNS CO-FOUNDER & ADVISOR

THE 10,000 ABLE INTERNS PROGRAMME IS BACKED BY THE DISABILITY CHARITIES CONSORTIUM:

“We are delighted to back the launch of 10,000 Able Interns, building on the extraordinary success of 10,000 Black Interns. The disabled population is an untapped pool of talent. We hope that this programme will have as significant an impact on the long-term career prospects of disabled students and unleash their potential.”
MARK HODGKINSON, DCC CO-CHAIR
